Directions for use: Brush teeth, preferably after each meal, at least 2 to 3 times a day. Adults and children over 6 years: cover toothpaste with the toothpaste.Children under 6 years of age should use only a pea-sized amount and be supervised by an adult to avoid swallowing the product.
